Our walnut saucer ceiling light pairs a wide, gently sloping woodgrain brim with a polished gold canopy and a softly domed opal diffuser, so the light pools outward instead of glaring down. At just 10.5 cm deep it sits close to the ceiling, which makes it an easy fit for hallways, landings and low-ceilinged rooms where a hanging fixture would be in the way. The integrated LED means there is no bulb to buy, and a Triac dimming version is available if you want to soften the room at night. It suits kitchens, dining areas, entryways and bedrooms equally well.
