Questions

Common questions

What bulb does it take?

None. The LEDs are built into the fitting, so there is no bulb to buy or change.

Is it dimmable?

Yes. Pair it with a trailing-edge (LED-compatible) dimmer. Older rotary dimmers made for incandescent bulbs can cause flicker or buzzing.

Do I need an electrician?

No. It plugs into a standard UK socket: unpack, position, switch on.

Can it go in a bathroom?

Yes. It is rated IP54, which meets the IPX4 splash-proof requirement for bathroom zones 1 and 2 (around the bath or shower, outside the enclosure itself). Zone 0, inside the bath or shower tray, needs IPX7.

What colour is the light?

Warm white (3000K warm white): the soft, golden tone of a traditional incandescent bulb. The most flattering choice for living rooms, bedrooms and dining.
