Questions
Common questions
What bulb does it take?
It takes a standard G9 cap bulb, sold everywhere in the UK. Choose an LED bulb for the longest life.
Do I need an electrician?
Yes. It is hardwired, so it connects to the existing cable at your ceiling rose or wall point. That work should be done by a qualified electrician. A straight swap for an existing fitting is a routine job.

Issue handled brilliantly
Remote stopped pairing after a week. Support walked me through a reset over email and when that didn't work they sent a new one.

Easy to adjust height
The 150 cm cable meant we could get them just right over the dining table. Our electrician sorted it in half an hour.

Great in the attic room
Our attic conversion gets unbearable in summer. This fan has made it usable again, and it looks really nice against the sloped ceiling.

Study corner sorted
Hung it low over my daughter's desk area and she says it's the best light for revision she's had.
