What is your cancellation policy?

What if my product is damaged?
Please inspect your item(s) upon receipt and note any damage on the delivery receipt. If damage is suspected without opening the package, write “suspected damage” on the receipt. For damaged items, send photos to support@purryhome.com for replacements or compensation.
How do I place an order?

How will I know when my order is shipped?
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with credit card authorization and your shipping and billing information. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order leaves the warehouse.
